Quality is of paramount importance to all of our operations, and we take pride knowing that our parts are in being used in aircraft, electronics, and scientific devices around the world. Our quality management system is certified to AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 standards. We currently have four full time quality personal to perform the required in process checks, calibration and final inspections required for modern manufacturing.

The core of our quality department is an automated Virtek Laser Scanner, capable of scanning parts and measuring them against a CAD model with a precision of .0014”. By using the part CAD models for measurement we can very quickly check our parts for conformance and generate inspection reports. Our inspectors are experienced with completing AS9102 inspections, PPAP forms, and conducting SPC allowing us to meet the stringent quality requirements of today’s manufacturing environment.
